APS Paloma First Solar 17MW Solar Field

Performance Safety provided Casey Industrial with (2) full time safety professionals, and an additional (2) safety professionals at various times. We worked from June to September during the very extreme hot working conditions, provided night shift and weekend support. Scope of work included earthmoving, excavations, drilling, pile driving, electrical, and concrete placement.

We conducted daily pre-task planning and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) for all work activities including material handling, the assembly of solar panel tables and the installation of the PV solar panels.
