Intel CH8 Research and Development Building Project

Partnering with Tiffany Construction to ensure that employees were working safely and following the M & W Group Design Build / Intel site-specific safety guidelines for underground and utility work activities. CH8 is a two-story 285,000 SF industrial space set just off Rural Rd. on the Intel campus. Our project safety Manager developed and implemented Pre-Task Planning (PTP’s) for each work activities on a daily basis or as needed. This scope of work activities includes earthmoving, excavations and trenching and the installation of underground utilities.
