Site Prep and Interim Facilities Contract at MCAGCC

We assigned (2) Site Safety and Health Officer’s (SSHO’s) for the Ceiling Re-Work Project which was completed in 2009 and we were asked to provide Project Safety Supervision in May 2010 through the final phase of the overall project.

Our responsibilities include but not limited to: weekly safety meetings, workplace inspections, Page 4 of 4 scaffolding and tool inspections in an effort to ensure contractor compliance with the EM385.1.1. We also established and maintained AHA’s for both projects on an as needed basis. Resulting in zero (0) OSHA Recordables injuries as of 06/01/10
